Over the years, we have sold all of our rental properties as well as personal homes. Rick Lewis was involved with every single sale & purchase. With every listing, the time from listing to in contract surpassed the last. Rick is incredibly knowledgeable with real estate. From pricing, to prepping for inspections. He works tirelessly to make all sides happy whether he's your agent or not. Great at negotiating. He truly has a heart & a great ear regardless of the hour or situation. He is a very nice, very informed realtor. We met him when we wanted to look at a house that was listed. We were impressed with him and his personality. After that we decided we did not want to deal with any other realtor. It took us a long time to find a house and he was so patient and would make sure to accommodate us quickly. Very down to earth and personable. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

I had a great first time home buying experience.

Rick is my pastor, and family friend. He steered me in right direction and got me into a good home.

My husband and I were newly weds just trying to find a house to build a home in, and didn't anticipate the time it would take to find the right one. It took us 10 months and over 40 showings but through it all Rick showered us with reassurance. There were times I genuinely felt so defeated I was convinced buying a home wasn't something we would be able to accomplish in this market, but Rick never lost sight of our vision. We FINALLY got to sign the on on the most beautiful piece of land and amazing square footage in an outstanding area !!
