I had a great first time home buying experience.

Rick is my pastor, and family friend. He steered me in right direction and got me into a good home.

My husband and I were newly weds just trying to find a house to build a home in, and didn't anticipate the time it would take to find the right one. It took us 10 months and over 40 showings but through it all Rick showered us with reassurance. There were times I genuinely felt so defeated I was convinced buying a home wasn't something we would be able to accomplish in this market, but Rick never lost sight of our vision. We FINALLY got to sign the on on the most beautiful piece of land and amazing square footage in an outstanding area !! Thank you yo Rick for keeping our spirits up and having so much patience with us through the first time buying process!
